By accessing or using Envoy AI ("Service"), operated by weYou World ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Envoy AI provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows businesses to create automated customer engagement tools, manage bookings, collect payments, and capture leads through embeddable widgets.
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. We use Razorpay for payment processing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are at our discretion.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Growth plan features. No credit card is required. After the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
You may not: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) transmit malware; (c) scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; (d) impersonate others; (e) send spam or unsolicited communications through the chatbot.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your admin panel. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
